Farm house

The works took place over 2016 and 2017, to allow the developments of the various works. Today the accommodation(housing) is ended and this one is available to welcome the new tenants. The continuation of the various works is going to continue to realize the Mail agency and the Library(Bookcase). The office of architecture So’ Light of Chevanceaux oversees the works.
The amount of the works (except(off) architect) 438 057,21€ HT is 525 668,65€ TTC. The municipality is going to benefit from diverse subsidies with various bodies: the LISEA foundation (further to the passage of the Line High speed), the State, the Region Poitou-Charentes, the Department.
The self-financing will be about 50 %.
